The Process

BEFORE THE EVENT

• Client or wedding coordinator reaches out to Yurik!

• Initial phone or video call with the couple, so we can get acquainted. We have a great conversation, answer questions, and discuss your wishes. Clients mix and match to create a custom experience, so it may be different depending on location, timeline, packages, and extras.

• Contract signed. Down Payment 35%( 1 of 3) to reserve and schedule

• Confirmation in the weeks prior to your Big Day

• 2nd of 3 (50%) Payment is due before the ceremony (or the prior week)

DAY OF EVENT

• I will arrive at your venue 2-4 hours early to set up and begin painting the background. As your guests arrive, I will begin adding in the important details of your day.. Guaranteed 4 - 7 hours of live painting performance for your event.

• In certain cases, the painting may be completed by the end of the night, allowing you and your guests to admire and take it home. However typically, since Yurik's work entails creating high-quality oil paintings, the canvas will still be wet by the end of the evening, requiring careful handling. Refinements and additional requests are typically addressed in the studio.

AFTER

• Artwork sides painted for a seamless look. Painting, optional framing and prints are picked up or sent to client either together or separately.

• Final balance(3 of 3) due.

Client’s Packages can vary greatly by size, options, and travel, but most clients start at $2785 on their live event painting experience. Clients can mix and match. In some cases, I offer additional payment options

Commissions:

Yurik also accepts some commissions in the studio as his schedule permits! Projects will be discussed and priced on a case by case basis. (The pricing and packaging on this page refer to Live Painting only)
